                        Yashi Gourmet Chicken Wings

5 Lbs. Chicken Wings (Drumette & Wing Portion)

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1/2 Cup Water

1 Cup Yashi Gourmet Wing Sauce

1. In Large Bowl

 Sprinkle Flour on 5 Lbs chicken wings, coat        well. Add water, mix well.

2. Heat Oil to 400 degrees

Deep fry 12-14 minutes or until golden brown

3. In Large Skillet or Wok

Add 1 cup of Yashi Gourmet Wing Sauce and heat until boil.

4. Toss 5 Lbs. fried chicken wings

Into hot skillet on the stove (stove to remain on) making sure all of the sauce has been absorbed by the wings. Skillet or wok should have no remaining sauce.

Enjoy  sweet, tangy, spicy and crunchy wings!!!

Baby Back Ribs

  1. Boil ribs in water for 45 minutes, drain
  2. Brush ribs with Yashi Wing Sauce, place on hot BBQ grill, turn ribs 2-3 times, add more Yashi Wing sauce to taste


Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, using Pam cooking spray or an equivalent, spray shallow roasting pan and rack
  2. Brush with Yashi Wing Sauce, place pork tenderloin on rack in pan and cover loosely with foil
  3. Bake 20 minutes, remove foil. Brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce and cook uncovered an additional 10 – 15 minutes


Great For Dipping

  1. Heat Yashi Wing Sauce in small microwavable safe container for 30 seconds. Can be used for potato chips, tortilla chips
  2. Can also be used to top your favorite salad too

 

Beef

Steaks-Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin

Brush with Yashi Wing Sauce 3-5 minutes before your preferred doneness is reached.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes, remove from oven, and brush with Yashi Wing Sauce. Bake an additional 5 minutes and insure meatballs are well done in the center

 

Meatballs

1 lb lean (80%) ground beef

½ cup dry bread crumbs

¼ cup milk 1 small onion (1/4 cup)

1 egg

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients form meat into meatballs, place in un-greased pan
  3. Brush with Yashi Wing Sauce


Baked Chicken Breast

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray cookie sheet with Pam or equivalent nonstick spray
  2. brush both sides of the chicken breast with Yashi Wing Sauce
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce. Place in oven for an additional 5 minutes


For Great Baked Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray cookie sheet with Pam or equivalent nonstick spray.
  2. Brush both sides of wing with Yashi Wing Sauce.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce. Bake additional 5 minutes


Grilled Fish

Grilled Fish (Shrimp, Salmon, Sole, Orange Roughy)

  1. Brush grill with vegetable oil. Preheat gas grill to temperature or prepare charcoal as instructed.
  2. Brush both sides of fish with Yashi Wing Sauce.
  3. If fish has skin, place skin side down on grill. Grill fish over medium heat until fish flakes easily with fork.


Baked Fish

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Using Pam or an equivalent, spray pan.
  2. Brush both sides of fish with Yashi Wing Sauce.
  3. Back uncovered for 15 minutes. Brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

 

         Veggie Dip                    Baked Beans                      Tofu
1/2 cup sour cream
2 TBSP Yashi Wing Sauce
