Fried Chicken Wings

5lb wings

1Ts Salt (optional)

½ Ts garlic powder (optional)

1 cup flour

½ cup water

In Mixing Bowl

  1. 5 LB of wings add salt, garlic powder, rub well
  2. Sprinkle flour on chicken, coat well, add water, mix well

Fry: 400° 10-12 minutes or until crispy

Oven Bake; spread wings in single layer on sheet pan – 450° for 35 minutes
